Currently, travelers face challenges when trying to incorporate socially impactful activities into their trips. The main difficulties include:
Limited information
It can be difficult to find information about social impact and volunteer opportunities while traveling.
Inefficient planning
Travelers who want to make a social contribution often have to spend a lot of time and effort planning their trips.
Lack of coordination
There is no central platform to connect travelers with social impact organizations and volunteer opportunities.

To understand the needs and pain points of our target users, we conducted a focused research process:
• Distributed an online survey to 82 participants
• Collected responses across various age groups and travel frequencies
• Analyzed the data to identify key trends and user preferences

Customized Home Screen
Features a friendly personalized greeting and quick access to attractions matching the user's upcoming trip or current location. It also provides easy navigation to discover new attractions.
Flexible Trip Planning Option
Users can easily switch between these options depending on their current needs and travel style.
Trip Planner:
Designed for our main persona the organized planner.
It allows users to create detailed itineraries, buy tickets in advance, and schedule daily activities.
Explore Map:
Designed for our secondary persona - the spontaneous explorer.
This feature supports spontaneous discoveries, allowing users to find nearby attractions based on their current location.


Rewards and Progress Tracking
After each visit, users can earn points and advance through traveler levels. This gamification element encourages visiting more attractions and contributing to local communities, with the added benefit of discounts on future activities.
